Now In: Shipping Information

 

Our domestic shipping partner is DHL.  Shipping costs can vary depending upon the size, weight, and destination of your order.  Shipping time can vary depending on several factors including whether the order is in stock, inclimate weather, or holidays.  We make every effort to have everything shipped within 7 days of your order.  If the product is in stock it is usually shipped within 48 hours.   (Note:  we only ship Monday-Friday).  Some products, however, can take an additional 4-10 weeks to ship if they are not in stock. Please feel free to email our customerservice info@beertubes.com if you have any questions.  

 

For larger orders (usually 20 or more) we are often able to pass along significant savings by shipping via semi truck.  If you are unsure as to whether your order will qualify for truck shipping,please go ahead and make your purchase online.  If you are eligible for savings via freight, we will contact you within 72 hours with additional shipping options and refund the appropriate amount.

 

For international orders (including Canada and Mexico), please email your order to info@beertbues.com.  Unfortunately our online order system cannot accurately determine international shipping charges.  By emailing your order, we can provide shipping estimates and then you can determine the best option.
