Can I place an order if I'm outside the United States?
We can ship anywhere in the world. However, due to the unique cost structure of shipping orders outside of the United States, we cannot accurately process your order online. In order to give you the best shipping price available, we ask that you email your order to email@example.com. Please include the items you wish to order, as well as a complete shipping address with telephone number. We will then send you an invoice via email with an estimated shipping cost. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we want to be sure that you receive your order in a timely and cost-effective manner and give you all of the appropriate shipping options. After payment is processed, international orders usually take approximately 3-10 business days to receive. If you choose to place an order online, the credit card used will be charged any additional cost incurred to ship to your location due to the online order processing system not being able to accurately calculate the appropriate International Shipping cost. We will work to find the most cost-effective shipping options and allow to choose the option prior to shipping the order.
When will my order ship?
Our domestic shipping partner is United Parcel Service (UPS). Shipping time may vary depending on whether the item is in stock (if it is shown online it should be in stock), your shipping location, inclimate weather, or holidays. We make every effort to ship everything within 4 business days of your order. If the product is in stock it, is usually shipped within 24-48 hours. (Note: we only ship Monday-Friday). Once a Product is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation from us including your tracking code(s). (NOTE: If our return emails are being blocked by your email server, you can either log into your account to check status and obtain tracking numbers, or simply contact us to request your shipping information.) Some products, however, can take an additional 4-10 weeks to ship if they are not in stock. Due to nature of shipping to Alaska and Hawaii, we will contact you prior to shipping to these locations to review various shipping options. Since they are outside the continental United States, there are several factors which can cause the order to take up to 3-5 weeks to receive. Unless specified, those shipments are mailed Parcel Post which is typically the most economical option, but can take 21-35 days to receive. For international orders (including Canada and Mexico), please email your order to email@example.com. Unfortunately our online order system cannot accurately determine international shipping charges. By emailing your order, we can provide shipping estimates and then you can determine the best option. Please see “Can I place an order if I’m outside the United States?” information above.
Is a Product in Stock?
All of the items shown online are usually kept in stock. If a product is out of stock, we will make every effort to remove it from the online catalog. If you have any questions please feel free to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain more information on a specific product.
